DESCRIPTION:Take a break from ordinary school for a day of hands-on learnin
 g with wood and fire! Working across indoor and outdoor classrooms\, we’ll
  carve wooden butter spreaders\, make wooden burn bowls\, and cook a class
 ic Swedish snack over an outdoor fire. Come ready to be outside\, get dirt
 y\, and learn fun practical skills with new friends! This class is for kid
 s only\, ages 8+. Physical ability note: Green wood carving requires basic
  hand strength and dexterity. We’ll be using fire to make burn bowls\, whi
 ch can be a smoky experience. If you use an inhaler\, please bring it alon
 g. Required Tools Dress in warm layers to be outdoors for long periods of 
 time–and dress to get sooty! Bring your lunch. Kids will stay with class g
 roup for lunch.
