DESCRIPTION:Join us for KidsFest at Hagood Mill Historic Site on Saturday\,
  March 20\, 2027\, in partnership with the Young Appalachian Musicians (YA
 Ms). This family-friendly event features performances from local YAMs stud
 ents\, a traditional talent show\, and interactive games and activities. \
 nAttendees can enjoy hands-on experiences like Paint the Ponies\, a kazoo 
 workshop\, jug band jam\, archaeological adventures\, rock painting\, and 
 an “Instrument Petting Zoo\,” where visitors can try their hand at Appalac
 hian instruments. \nIn addition to the musical festivities\, the event wil
 l showcase live folklife demonstrations in blacksmithing\, pottery\, quilt
 ing\, weaving\, basketmaking\, and more. Guests can engage with artisans\,
  learn about traditional crafts\, and purchase unique handmade items. \nTh
 e 1845 water-powered gristmill will be in operation\, offering fresh stone
