Heart Teachings Philosophy with Grandfather Ray

Ray Reitze, master Maine Guide, has led thousands of people through the peace of the Maine woods and into the peace of their own hearts. During this 3-day spiritual retreat, there will be time for stillness, learning, and questions as well as great home-cooked meals, music, and laughter around the fire. Throughout the weekend, Ray will share stories and wisdom while guiding us through breath, silence, and deep listening toward becoming what we all are: love. Date: Thursday, Nov. 5 at 5:00 pm to Sunday, Nov. 8 early afternoon. Participants will arrive on Thursday by 5:00pm to get an orientation to the homestead and settle in. We will start our first circle together on Friday morning. Wood-fired home cooked meals will be provided, with a communal “everyone pitches in” feel. Meals will be prepared with mostly organic whole foods from the homestead. Lodging is rustic and beautiful, with large canvas wall tents, a Cree-style earth lodge, a yurt, and space for your own tent if you prefer. Cost: $350-500 sliding scale. A $100 deposit is required upon registration with the remainder due two weeks before program start.
